Arrival and departure

FAQ

What are the arrival times?

The reception is from 5pm until 8pm. If you wish to enter the premises after 8pm, please contact us 24 hours in advance.

What are the departure times?

Departure is possible until 11 a.m. the next day. When you leave, please report to the reception desk. In case of departure before 9am, please inform us the day before.

How to access the cabins?

Once on site, please go to the reception desk to complete the arrival formalities and to give you the keys to the hut and the parking badge.

Is there parking on site?

A car park is available on the estate. The huts are accessible from the car park in less than 5 minutes on foot. It is not possible to access the huts by car. We can take your luggage to your accommodation if necessary.

FAQ

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Sheets, towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided. Beds are made up on arrival. They are equipped with a duvet and pillows.

Are pets allowed?

For reasons of hygiene and safety, pets are not allowed on the estate.

Do we need to clean up?

The cleaning of your cabin is of course included in the price of your reservation. For a stay of several nights, the cleaning and the renewal of sheets and towels is not systematically done every day but on simple request.

FAQ

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included in the price. It is served in a basket directly at the foot of your hut, in the morning from 8:30 am. All you have to do is pull the pulley. It is composed of mostly organic, fresh and local products.

Is it possible to have dinner in the cabins?

We offer packed lunches delivered directly to your accommodation. They must be ordered at the time of your reservation or at the latest 48 hours before your arrival.

We have a wine cellar with white and red wines and champagne. A wine list with prices will be available directly in your cabin. You also have the possibility to bring or prepare your own meal. All cabins are equipped with a kitchen with hotplate, oven and fridge.

FAQ

Do I have to reserve access to the spa and sauna?

The SPA and Sauna area is located on the terrace of your accommodation. Available in all seasons, its access is entirely private and unlimited.

What are the hygiene rules of the SPA?

It is requested that you shower before using the hot tub. The spa in each cabin is tested and treated daily. The water is regularly renewed according to the standards applied in case of intensive use.

Is the spa heated?

The spa temperature is adjustable with a recommended maximum of 38°C.

Is there a swimming pool on site?

There is no swimming pool but there is a private SPA.

FAQ

How do I make a reservation?

You can make your reservation directly via our website. In case of difficulties or specific requests, you can reach us by phone.

What are the payment methods?

For reservations, only credit cards are accepted. On site, for the payment of supplements, it is possible to pay by credit card or cash.

Will a deposit be required on arrival?

You will be asked to pay a deposit of 500 € by means of a card imprint or a deposit cheque. No amount will be debited (except in case of damage or unpaid bills).

What are the cancellation conditions?

Can we offer a night without specifying a date of stay?

It is possible, and a very good idea for any occasion (birthday, wedding, Valentine's Day...), you will find our gift vouchers by following this link.

Are the cabins accessible to people with reduced mobility?

The cabins do not meet the requirements to accommodate people with reduced mobility. The construction of a PRM hut is envisaged within 2 years.
